And my three Granddaughters the first time they all got together. (Two live in Texas and 1 lives in California)

New Layout with happy Days Kit!

Hi!

I made a new layout today using the Happy Days Kit. I loved how it turned out and my son Skyler is always such an intersting subject to do layouts of. :o) This is a business trip we took with my husband from NY to Conneticut. It was a long, hot day. No AC in the car...but that boy kept us busy and entertained hundreds as we passed them by! He was waving, putting his fingers to his mouth and ear and gesturing for someone to call him...had them laughing. Lucky there were no accidents!

Hi! I wanted to post this...I have been so busy! I almost forgot to post it here for you all to see. :o) This is my husbands Aunt Nancy. I think she is adorable in this picture... Over 30 years later, her hair is the same...lol still dark, very little gray and she still puts it in ponytails. My youngest son has her nose...

Some Free Brag Book Pages For You!

Hi Everyone!

What is a bragbook? ...well, you know how many women carry around purses and when they want to show pictures of thier kids or grandkids...they pull out a mini albumn straight from thier purse? Some people even leave thier miniature albumns on coffee or end tables for visitors to look through. These albumns hold 4X6 developed pictures and that is exactly the size of a Brag Book Layout! So, now...if you didn't already know...you are hereby informed. So these are like QP's, just Brag Book size. All you have to do is place your picture under it, rotate if you want, add some journaling if you want...put it on a cd or send it over the internet to a photo developing store and wha-la! You have a beautiful Brag Book Page to put in your miniature albumns.

So...now that you read through all that I will make you suffer no longer..lol here are 4 brag book pages, with more coming soon. These were made by me, Jodi, using Diana's kits...Cotton Candy Mocha and Birthday Bonanza! Have fun with them!

UPDATE :

I was just informed by Diana that these were some of her first kits..and they are tagger size, which means 100 dpi. I have printed out on my computer a couple of the layouts you see earlier on in this blog. They came out fine. I did not notice poor quality when printing. But just to warn you...we have no idea how these will turn out. Thankfully prints are only about .15 cents a piece and it is not an expensive risk! I think it is worth seeing how they will turn out. The next Brag Book Pages I do will be with her full sized kits and this will not be a worry. ~Jodi~

(ker-plunk!) Whew! Long drop but well worth the trip...lol

My name is Jodi and I am a proud member of the Sass N Scrap Creative Team! Diana's kits are imaginative and easy to work with...you cannot go wrong! I am going to post my layouts I have made up to this point using four of her kits. Here goes:

This is my BIL Chuckie when he was a wee lad...we were not sure of his age..anywhere between 4 and 7 is the concensus...lol All is by Sass N Scrap...but I did make the star using a paper from the kit! I love this layout! Kit used: The Christmas Collection

This is my devil child Skyler...he turned the ripe age of 7 that year...Very fun kit to work with! Cannot wait to do my next layout with it...perhaps tonight? Kit used: Birthday bonanza!This is my lovely niece Kristin on her 18th birthday...she was born the year I graduated high school..man I feel old! I thought the flowers matched the ribbons on her cake just right! The papers are rich in this kit! Kit used: Cotton Candy MochaHere is an early morning Christmas! I had a sickly digital camera..these pictures were so dark! They had lines too...just awful..but I played around until I got them looking decent. The only thing not in this kit are the children and the borders around the pictures...I produced those myself! The rest of the credit goes to: The Christmas Collection. :o)

This layout is of my niece and nephew on a mini vacation in the Adirondacks just before school started last year....see thier poodle Jack? He is standard sized...a big dog! And so funny. In the main photo, he is standing behind them...so I cut his face out and put it in the center of the yellow flower. Kit used: Rustic Meadows

I think this one may be my favorite so far...it was the first day of school...my older sister and I high fived each other as the bus rolled away as my younger sister stood there crying and looking at us like we were monsters...lol She had just put her daughter on the bus for kindergarten. The girl is my older sisters child, in the middle is my heathen and the smaller boy is my younger sister's son. They were all born within 2 months time and we refer to them as the Three Stooges. LOL Those were good times! Kit used: Rustic Meadows.
